During her medical training, she had the opportunity to take part in the mobility programme under the cooperation agreements between Portuguese-speaking and Latin American countries at the Federal University of Paraíba – Lauro Wanderley University Hospital, from September 2013 to March 2014.

During her Specialist Training in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, she completed several placements in her areas of interest: Urogynaecology, Lower Genital Tract Disease and Gynaecological Endoscopy. Her training also included taking part in various national and international meetings and congresses, presenting a number of works developed over the course of her training.

Areas of specialisation:

Urogynaecology – Pelvic floor disorders; Lower genital tract disease; Gynaecological Endoscopy in the treatment of benign gynaecological conditions.

Conditions:

Genital prolapse, Urinary incontinence, Benign Gynaecological conditions – fibroids, uterine polyps, adenomyosis, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome. Cervical disease caused by HPV
